Emma Shanks is ENA’s General Manager of Corporate Affairs, joining the organisation in August 2023 after more than 10 years in energy, transport and infrastructure.
With almost five years leading Ausgrid’s Public Affairs team, Emma has also worked across major, transformative infrastructure projects including the Sydney Light Rail project and the Sydney Metro project from planning and engaging through to building and operating.
Emma has a long career in media, strategic communications and government affairs across the public and private sectors and is excited to lead ENA’s advocacy for members and customers through the energy transition.
