The 2026 Regulation Seminar brings together leading Australian and international experts to explore how regulation can evolve to deliver the energy transition while balancing affordability, investment, customer outcomes and long-term system resilience, with insights from California’s experience, Australia’s regulatory leaders, consumer-focused innovation and the future of network regulation.

The seminar will be expertly hosted by Michael Dart (Director at Luminous Consulting), with Tim Edwards (Managing Director of CutlerMerz) setting the scene for the afternoon. Dominic Adams, Acting Chief Executive of Energy Networks Australia, will officially welcome delegates and open the seminar.
